Meditation

Meditation is an important part of creating a life of JOY, because it allows the body to come to that state of relaxed presence: to come into HOMEostasis (a state of relaxed self awareness), or a state of innocence (we listen to our inner sense or our intuition, rather than be influenced by the outside world). Meditation and mindfulness allows us time to sort through the 3000 bits of information our brain processes everyday, gives the body time to heal, and in coming HOME, helps us to be fully present, in no sense, in a state of innocence, where we can truly recognize the magic and the synchronicities.
