‘Our Pelvic bowls are portals. We download the sacred. We carry the medicine for ourselves and our culture. We weave the potential for the world–and thus we must understand how to use this potential for ourselves and clear the unconscious blocks imprinted by patriarchal patterns’ Tami Kent This meditation offers energetic tools designed to evaluate, restore balance, and enhance vibrant flow in the pelvic space of the body.
This meditation is one to step in to a state of innocence. Innocence is a state of awe outside of thoughts and feelings. It is the bridge to our intuition; our a mode of awareness informed by our connection to everything through all time and space.
It takes less than 90 seconds for an emotion to get triggered, to surge chemically through your blood stream, and to be released, so practice using movement. This meditation is one to do just that. Please check in with yourself before beginning this practise and make sure you are in a good mental state for this work. I invite you to take responsibility for your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and remind you that this is not a substitute for counselling psychotherapy psychoanalysis mental health care.
