This is ancient wisdom used by the people of Kemet to cleanse and heal their skin using just 2 ingredients!
I use guasha 3-4 times per week and I LOVE it!
Here is how to make it:
Bicarbonate of soda is highly alkaline and so it kills acidic bacteria that build up in the skin like fungus, yeasts, petrochemicals, parasites and moulds that can come out as rashes and infections.
Combined with the vodka it opens up the pores of the skin as well as alkalising everything and allows more oxygen to enter creating beautiful fresh skin.
It is recommend you do this every day for the first 1-2 weeks then 2-3 times per week for life
You might also notice you tan better as a result of this treatment.
Of Nigerian and white British heritage, I am inspired by my roots’ joy, power, and heart and how that energy has guided my journey back to myself.
I honour the courage of those who came before me. Their strength has shaped my being and life choices and given me wings to fly high and live out big dreams.
