Today I have been making magic: MMM, which is my movement, meditation and manifestation/mudra/magic (I can’t decide which so your vote is welcome) dance class sequence of 7 classes which combines my love for all things dance, yoga and visualisation with a journey of the chakras!
I have also been making some delicious Mexican treats in my wee home in Harlem, where I have managed to extend my Mexico experience at least in terms of food (heaven!). Of course, I have also been busy alchemising with some beautiful clients old and new from my cute (yellow of course!) office!
Tonight (after writing to you), I will head to Alvin Ailey for a Cuban Contemporary class with the wonderful Noibis Licea… and honestly… I am so so grateful and amazed on a daily at the life I am living and the magic I am creating…
BUT
What I really wanted to share today is how hot it is getting in here!!!
