Ella created the 23onMe concept to support people working at desk between 2018-2022. They combine her love for yoga (she taught Ashtanga, Kundalini and Vinyasa between 2009-2024), her research into bodies through dance and bodywork training (20+ years of research) and as the coordinator of the DanceOn a project with Yorkshire Dance between 2018-2019 supporting older bodies (plus a large dose of intuition).
