Of Nigerian and white British heritage, I draw from Tantric/Kemetic chakra traditions and Yoruba Orishas through movement, bodywork and intuition training. I acknowledge my privileges and honour the cultures these practices come from, sharing not as an authority but as someone transformed by these teachings.
